Approved Iberian Triple Registered Foundation Stallion

If you have ever dreamed about a beautiful horse then Guerreiro would have certainly been there.  Guerreiro without a doubt has been a gift from God.  He is truly the most magnificent stallion we have ever had the privilege of owning.

Imported in 2001, Guerreiro is a 16 Hand, 14 carat gold metallic dappled buckskin, with the metallic continuously coming through in each offspring he produces.  No matter what color is thrown, the golden threads are there.

This stallion's athletic ability is unsurpassable.  He is proven in both dressage and show jumping.  The endurance this stallion possesses is truly a phenomenon.  Guerreiro will always give you more, just when you are sure he has nothing left to give.

Guerreiro's personality is that of a ham, and living with him is literally like living with a Hollywood movie star.  To Guerreiro’s credit, he has been photographed and published in numerous international publications, including Conquistador, Horse Illustrated and Equus Magazine, just to name a few.  In addition, Guerreiro has appeared on television numerous times with Horse Talk and RFD TV.  Guerreiro is truly an equine prima-donna.

I would have to say Guerreiro’s most patriotic contribution came when he was asked to open the ceremony’s for a "A Tribute to America" two months after 9-11. Guerreiro and three other Iberian stallions carried the American flags in front of 20,000 spectators, receiving a standing ovation and not leaving a dry eye in the place.

However, overall, nothing could compare with Guerreiro's history making trip down the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade in California on New Year’s Day.  History was made when he and eight other Iberian horses, after only 10 months in the United States, were accepted as the first equestrian team to be invited to attend, after submitting their first application.  (All other equestrian teams had gone between 6-18 years before finally being accepted.)  More history was made when Bob Eubanks gave the Iberian breed over two minutes of live coverage while parading in front of over one million live spectators, and being viewed in over 100 countries by over 400 million spectators from around the world.
